The Northeast Region is divided into 4 Program Areas.

Area 1 - Serving Rhode Island, N Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Area 2 - Serving New Jersey, Southeast New York, Northeast Pennsylvania, Southern Connecticut, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and the Transatlantic Council.

Area 3 - Serving Upstate  New York, and Northwestern Pennsylvania.

Area 4 - Serving Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Southern Pennsylvania and a small part of West Virginia.
